Greg Swick (M.Ed.) is the Co-Director of GLADE and an experienced outdoor educator. His courses explore the human role in ecological interactions and incorporate hands-on, experiential learning in grassroots leadership development. He is active in the Greater Ozarks Audubon Society and is one of 40 nationwide recipients of a 2010 TogetherGreen Fellowship for conservation leaders. |

Janice Schnake Greene (Ph.D.) is the Co-Director of GLADE, the Director of the Missouri State University (MSU) Bull Shoals Field Station, and a Professor inthe MSU Department of Biology. She teaches hands-on ecology-related topics and a variety of courses at the field station, and is involved in several monitoring projects. She will soon be a federally licensed bird bander. |

Celeste Prussia (M.S) is the Missouri State Ass’t Director of GLADE and has extensive experience designing and leading teens in ecological restoration service projects starting with the US Youth Conservation Corps in 1981. She developed youth service-learning programs for the State of Connecticut and the Missouri Botanical Garden. Celeste currently manages the Bull Shoals Field Station of MSU. |

Andrew Kinslow (M.Ed.) is the GOAS Ass’t Director of GLADE and has over 15 years of experience teaching Biology, most recently as an instructor at Logan Rogersville High School in Rogersville, Missouri. His research background includes experience with various government and private sector organizations primarily in landscape level ecology projects. He is a federally licensed bird bander and currently coordinates two summer bird banding projects, one in cooperation with the Bull Shoals Field Station. |

Martha Swick (B.S.E) is the Nutrition Specialist at GLADE. Her home cooked meals and friendly nature are always a hit with the GLADE participants. She is a veteran Family and Consumer Sciences Instructor and a skilled organizer within the academy. |

Lisa Berger (M.S) is the GLADE Grant Administrator. She owns and operates Consulting Analytical Services, International, which focuses on water quality and testing services. She is an active GOAS member and enjoys teaching Birding 101 workshops, as she possesses outstanding birding skills and a superb understanding of avian ecology. |
